Just a bike ride or short drive to the heart of Bethany Beach, many restaurants and shops, Mellow Yellow is centrally located in Ocean View, Delaware. The cottage includes central air conditioning, two bedrooms (one full size bed or two twin beds) and one full bath.

        

There is a quaint back porch to relax outside and enjoy the landscape. 

The living/dining area is a comfortable place to relax, read, or watch cable television.
A toaster oven is provided for a continental breakfast and a coffee maker with gourmet coffee and tea.

While Mellow Yellow does have a fully equipped kitchen, due to insurance requirements, no cooking is permitted. If you need questions answered or a dinner referral, I can be reached at my office behind Mellow Yellow or on my cell 302-462-6111.

Lodging Rates

$125.00 per night based on the use of one bedroom/two persons. If both bedrooms are used(maximum four persons total) the rate is an additional $75.00 per night. Rates include a continental breakfast basket provided daily. *Optional gourmet baskets are available by request, such as wine and cheese or champagne and truffles.

I want to be sure that I don’t provide you anything you dislike or are allergic to, so please  share your preferences for the following: Coffee, tea or both, Juices, Fruit, Protein (i.e. yogurt)

3. 3.Sorry, no pets please. However, Shore Kennels (302-539- 3559) is nearby if you would   like to board your 
   pet. Another favorite is Bed and Biscuit Kennels (302-436-1668) approximately ten miles west of Ocean View.
   

4. 4.Please use the outside shower to rinse sandy feet after visiting the beach before entering the cottage.
   

5. 5.Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit of one days charge. Cash or personal check is accepted, but no credit cards at this time.
   

6. 6.Check in time after 3 p.m. unless otherwise arranged in advance. Check out time is noon.
